Humans have a long unfortunate history of making things unsafe for themselves and each other. Sadly, these days most of our country seems exhausted from top-down chaos, war-mongering, corruption, incompetence, gaslighting, and increasing fascism we are all expected to live with. You don’t hear many on either political “side” claiming everything is stable or safe. 

 

For this session I will try using this “vibe” as material, as we creatives often do. The foundation of this session will be basic anatomy-oriented poses, with views zoomed for closeups of portions of the figure. For example, I’ll try to include good practice opportunities with hands, feet, etc. in detailed cropped views plus slightly wider sections like shoulders/upper back. But then comes the thematic twist: most or all views will also include props and/or posing to hint at being confronted with instability, threats, loss of freedom, etc. I will try to avoid anything that comes across as mocking or trivial, and there will be no firearms or gore (I won’t go TOO dark with it).

 

Screen shots: permissible if used for reference only and not further shared, and with payment (honor system) of $5 for one pose or $10 for all session poses. Hi res reference images approximating specific session poses can be made if requested by end of the session or email in advance if interested.
